2018-2019 AmeriCorps*State Program Planning Grant Request for Proposals
Now accepting submissions!
Oftentimes organizations are interested in utilizing AmeriCorps resources, but they aren't quite sure where to begin. From developing a logic model to familiarizing yourself with national service, there is a lot to be done.
The AmeriCorps Planning Grant Request for Proposals (RFP) was created to reduce organizations' barriers to creating an AmeriCorps program. Grantees will receive direct technical assistance from Serve Wisconsin and up to 12 months of funding to plan an AmeriCorps program.
Planning grant activities may involve work to establish a new program in Wisconsin or to replicate a successful existing program model in unserved or underserved areas of the state. Organizations use planning grants to become better prepared to compete for an AmeriCorps program grant in the subsequent grant cycle (2019-2020).
All interested applicants must submit a Notification of Intent to Apply by midnight on May 3, 2018; access the survey here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/1819-WNCSB-PG. Submitting a Notification of Intent to apply does not obligate you to apply.
See RFP #1819-WNCSB-PG below for more details.
